I’m diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and I was searching for something to help me as I was sick of taking medications, and feeling awful all the time. Beth worked with me and helped me learn how to cook foods that made me feel good, and I noticed a reduction in pain in just two weeks! And in about a month I had energy to do things (like clean my house!), my mind felt clear and I felt encouraged to keep doing what I had learned from Beth and I hope to start reducing my medications in the near future as my doctor has also seen my improvements.
