Golden Mylk

This delicious warm drink is loaded with inflammation fighting ingredients!

Equipment

  • Stove top

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Macadamia Nut Milk Almond or Hazelnut Milk works too
  • 1 tbsp Organic Tumeric
  • 4 Whole Black Peppercorns Ok to use fresh ground pepper
  • 1 Star Anise pod use 2 if you like (try 1 first)
  • 1 pinch Ground Cloves
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 tbsp Real Organic Maple Syrup add another tbsp to taste if needed

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a small pot over medium heat and slowly bring to a simmer (watch it, do not let it boil)
    Remove from heat once it starts to simmer
    Add 1 or 2 tbsp of Real Maple Syrup
    Pour into your favorite mug and serve warm. Make extra and reheat upon serving
