Golden Mylk
This delicious warm drink is loaded with inflammation fighting ingredients!

- 2 Cups Macadamia Nut Milk Almond or Hazelnut Milk works too
- 1 tbsp Organic Tumeric
- 4 Whole Black Peppercorns Ok to use fresh ground pepper
- 1 Star Anise pod use 2 if you like (try 1 first)
- 1 pinch Ground Cloves
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 1 tbsp Real Organic Maple Syrup add another tbsp to taste if needed
Add all ingredients to a small pot over medium heat and slowly bring to a simmer (watch it, do not let it boil)Remove from heat once it starts to simmerAdd 1 or 2 tbsp of Real Maple SyrupPour into your favorite mug and serve warm. Make extra and reheat upon serving
